We're proud to offer such a comprehensive end-to-end manufacturing service, ensuring care and continuity throughout, and our advanced bottling machinery can fill up to 40,000 bottles of tablets and capsules per day.
Our white labelling provides clarity and brand ownership for customers selling well-known products, but for more custom needs, our private labelling offers personalisation tailored specifically to the customer's supplement invention.
Pouches
We have a highly efficient pouch filling facility with numerous filling lines to maximise outputs of up to 40,000 pouches per day.
Accurate and high-speed counting machines ensure fast but consistent results, allowing us to efficiently package your tablets or capsules supplement into a pouch instead of a bottle - ensuring we meet increasing demand for supplements packaged in this format.
Co-Packing
Should an organisation find itself able to fulfil a supplement order, with the exception of its packaging — be it bottles, pouches, or cartons — we're here to help.
With our expansive in-house packaging machinery, we can efficiently pack external supplements to the same high standards we apply to DSC-manufactured products and prepare them for delivery.
So, while this may not be a product we've manufactured ourselves, we guarantee it will leave our facility in the same pristine condition as a DSC product.
