By accessing and using DSC Nutrition's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all supplement manufacturing, packaging, and related services provided by DSC Nutrition Ltd.

2. Services

2.1 Manufacturing Services

• We provide supplement manufacturing services in accordance with agreed specifications
• All products are manufactured under HACCP certification standards
• Lead times are typically 2-4 weeks but may vary based on order complexity

2.2 Quality Assurance

• All products are manufactured under the supervision of PhD-qualified scientists
• We maintain allergen-free premises
• Quality control processes are implemented at every stage of manufacturing

3. Ordering and Minimum Requirements

3.1 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Standard MOQ is 20,000 units unless otherwise agreed
• Custom orders may be subject to different minimum requirements

3.2 Order Process

• All orders must be submitted in writing
• Order specifications must be clearly defined and agreed upon before production
• Changes to orders must be requested in writing and may affect lead times

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Formula Ownership

• Custom formulations developed by clients remain their intellectual property
• DSC Nutrition's proprietary processes and methods remain our intellectual property

4.2 Confidentiality

• We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client formulations and specifications
• Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request

5. Payment and Pricing

5.1 Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in individual agreements
• Deposits may be required for new clients or large orders

5.2 Pricing

• Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs
• Volume discounts may be available for larger orders

6. Liability and Warranty

6.1 Product Liability

• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Clients are responsible for end-product marketing and compliance

6.2 Warranty

• We warrant that products will meet agreed specifications
• Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in individual contracts. Outstanding obligations remain binding post-termination.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Modifications

• DSC Nutrition reserves the right to modify these terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
